These are the best shoes I have found yet! I usually run 10-15 miles/week. 3 mile jog followed by 1 mile sprint interval training. Great shoe for sprints and never had a problem on the distance. I've got over 500 miles on my first pair and they held together great. Very breathable and durable. Not a true minimalist shoe. Kinda close...kinda. Of you can afford ti customize them its worth it. Unfortunately this time I couldn't. Just had to settle fire what was available and tell myself your doing it for the shoes performance. Excellent shoe! Ignore the bashers. Try them.
