Lightweight with Ideal Proctecion/Cushioning

These are my fifth pair of Salomon Trail-Runners, and I absolutely love them. I wear all my Salomons while playing disc golf on a wide variety of terrain in all different parts of the country. The 'Salomon Synapse CS WP's are both lightweight and sturdy, while providing exceptional traction. The kevlar drawstring laces make for a quick tie, and only add to the shoes stylish frame. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a high performance trail-runner. I would also HIGHLY recommend this shoe to ANY DISC GOLFERS.

I was a little worried about the quality of the shoe going by the picture and price. When I received the shoe i was impressed by the quality and durability. I expect them to last along time. The insole feels great and has a very comfy cushion. The tread is rugged yet runnable. With all that said, this light weigh and breathable shoe is Perfect for trail running.

Very comfortable trail running shoe

I run on a variety of surfaces and don't like how slick feeling regular shoes can be on slightly muddy surfaces. This shoe gives me the grip I need to feel secure on dirt, leaves, grass and pavement.I have really wide feet (14EEEE), but every New Balance shoe I've tried fit me perfectly. The mesh is a bit stretchy, so the shoe fits snugly, but has enough give to be comfortable. The mesh also helps keep my feet cool and dry. That obviously cuts both ways: step in a puddle and you'll know it pretty fast.The heel has plenty of padding in the heel so pavement isn't an issue at all for me.To sum up, I'm really happy with the shoes.

Great Shoe Great Price

So far so good, although I haven't really tested them yet on more technical trail. The shoe is comfortable and durable. The best part is how well ventilated the MT810 is to allow your foot to "air out". The traction is a perfect hybrid for road running and less technical trail runs, no slippage and grips well. The one knock I would give it is in the toe region as the tip tapers to the middle rather than the right or left leaving less room for the "big" toe. Other than that I am perfectly satisfied with my purchase. One last thing, as with all the New Balance shoes I've experienced, if you have a high arch this is not the shoe for you.

I Like These Shoes

I like these shoes. They are fairly similar in nature to the Vibram Five Fingers. They don't fit quite as well though. I am normally a 9.5 or a 10, depending upon the shoe manufacturer. I order a 9 and it is still slightly big, even with toe socks on. The shoe fits well and seems great for running around the house doing chores or going to the store. I would guess that they would be good for weightlifting and similar exercise. I will probably stick with V5F for running though. The fit of the V5F is superior in my opinion.

This is my second pair of the minimal shoe. I had the Puma toe shoe before. If you want minimal then this shoe is for you. Great quality shoe, the sizing is a tad big, probably should have went a half size smaller.

If you're a size 12 you may want to buy a size 11 for a tight fit. The shoe is incredible though, very durable. I had problems with the first generation of zemgear shoes ripping at the seam wear the sole meets the upper half and they have completely solved that issue with this particular shoe. I use these on very rugged terrain without mercy and they have passed the test.
