I tried these because the notion of a sphere helping movement seemed to make sense intuitively (a la the wheel). Running in them you can definitely feel this sense of rolling when the heal strikes. After some initial worry that the rolling might indicate instability, I soon grew confident and was rolling & strolling down the way in no time. They're not too heavy either. If anything, I'd like a little more choice in colors. I prefer a light shoe (even though they look dirty after two weeks)
