Light, great grip - these are the 2 solid features of this shoe.I've used it in many trail conditions and the grip is solid throughout.My slight grouse is the cushioning - I'd wished there could be slightly more cushioning - I can feel the road slightly when running on tarmac.

I have been using these for trail running for about a month. Aggressive sole, surprising lightweight. For my feet, a little flat on the inside (I have high arches) but still acceptable support. Very durable, breathable, and dry quickly if (when) you splash in a stream, or puddles. Highly reccomended!

Shoes are comfortable and work well for lifting or running. Not much flexibility so jumping rope is different. Overall I will buy another pair when these are worn out.
