I started running recently and quickly developed moderate plantar fasciitis in both feet. It developed mainly because I had very high aerobic fitness due to cycling but very poor specific muscle and tissue fitness related to running and was thus able to run long and fast without really being ready. After my first 2-mile run on the PT test as a future soldier, it was painful to walk for the next 2 days.Up to that point I had been wearing Nike cross country shoes. Realizing that I needed to do something different, I switched to these Solomons. I immediately noticed a difference. Of course it wasn't anything magical, but I'd estimate that I went from improving/healing at about a rate of 2-3% a day with the Nikes to a 5-6% rate with these. The stability and cushioning are great in my situation and it is still a very light shoe. The quick-lace system is also superb.

I recently use this shoes, and they are realy stable and light and have a lot of grip, again Salomon do it great
