I had heard of Lowa Combat boots, mountain boots, etc, but had not realized they made athletic shoes. These are quite comfortable, and at a very respectable bargain for non-sweatshop made shoes. 5 stars if they last a while, four stars for the comfort. Technically, these are trail walking, or hiking shoes that look pretty much like less garish athletic shoes. Thank Goodness Lowa resisted the urge to put their name in bright florescent green on the side of the shoe.)

This shoe is very comfortable, nice construction and good looking, they don't have so much cushion. Its a great shoe and fit true to size
