The whole carbide cleat thing on a trail sneaker is wild! Remember - DO NOT walk on your floors with these shoes! Exceptional quality and very comfortable!

This running shoe is very good. However, the nails under the shoe would damage indoor floor.Therefore, I will only use it in winter. It's useful in place like Bosten, Bufflo and NY. Pretty and wonderful one!
